Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut PlayStation Exclusive of the Year

After already winning our Special Edition of the Year for 2021 plus PlayStation 4 Exclusive and AAA Game of the Year for 2020, Ghost of Tsushima is still the best PlayStation exclusive thanks to this awesome Director's Cut that features a mind-bending new story campaign and striking PS5 visuals. Whether you're taking the fight online or exploring the brand new Iki Island, you're in for a superb time. v1d30chumz 44-200-169-3

YUKI PlayStation VR Game of the Year

PlayStation VR had some excellent games in 2021 and the one I enjoyed most was YUKI with its new-school approach to old-school gameplay. Guiding the little YUKI around as you avoid huge clouds of projectiles, collect rewarding power-ups, and shoot hordes of enemies is a blast and its roguelike setup will keep you coming back for more. I highly recommend it to anyone with PlayStation VR.

Forza Horizon 5 Xbox Exclusive of the Year

Forza Horizon 5 is not only our Racing Game of the Year, it's also our Xbox Exclusive of 2021 and for good reason. Featuring tried-and-true racing gameplay and a wealth of satisfying new mechanics while being set in a gorgeous new environment makes it stand out as one of the best (if not, the very best) racers of all time. Congratulations, Playground Games on another grand prix win! 🏁

Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury Switch Exclusive of the Year

Super Mario 3D World previously won our Port of the Year and when you consider the fact that it's complemented with the super-fun Bowser's Fury, you're looking at one jam-packed experience. The original is a phenomenal 3D platformer that you can enjoy with a few friends and it performs brilliantly on Switch. On top of that, Bowser's Fury is an impressively unique game where you try to power-up and bring light to a mysterious land so you can take down a colossal Bowser. Is it as awesome as it sounds? Yes, yes it is indeed! 😄

Mega Cat Studios Collection 2 Evercade Cartridge of the Year

Finally, the very last game of the year award of 2021 goes to Mega Cat Studios Collection 2 which is the best Evercade cartridge so far. Featuring 8 incredible titles, this collection of modern games for retro consoles (NES and Sega Genesis, specifically) is just fantastic with Arkagis Revolution being the stand-out game that any retro gamer will love. You also get a handful of puzzlers that are great fun. 😊
