The latest pinball table hub from Zen Studios is now available for Nintendo's newest hardware with some pretty nifty new features. I recently tried it out for myself so allow me to explain how Pinball FX3 works on Switch.

If you're unfamiliar with Zen Studios' work then where have you been? In all seriousness, they're masters at crafting realistic-feeling yet fantastical virtual pinball tables with dozens upon dozens of them currently available. Pinball FX3 for Switch is a bit different to the other console versions as it takes advantage of two exclusive features that make it worth checking out even if you already own it on another console. First of all, you can rotate the display by 90° in order to play each table vertically. Obviously, this makes playing in handheld mode a lot more enjoyable but you can also implement the feature on a TV screen. Of course, you'll need the ability to physically rotate your TV. Anyway, being able to see the whole table without the camera panning is just awesome. Finally, there is HD Rumble support which amplifies the realism by making each bump of the pinball much more tangible. v1d30chumz 44-212-99-248
Currently, Pinball FX3 for Switch only supports 30 tables. When you compare this to the 70 tables on other consoles, it's disappointing that Switch owners can't enjoy every table at this moment. However, here's hoping Zen Studios is working diligently to get their entire catalog into Switch owners' hands soon! For now, you can enjoy the new Universal Classics and Carnivals and Legends Table Packs.

It's awesome that Zen Studios is working so hard on Pinball FX3 to make it as fully featured and widely available as possible. Have you played it yet? What are your favourite tables so far? Let's chat in the comments section below!
