It's been over a month since my first roundup of our indie Nintendo game videos so here are 5 more episodes to sink your teeth into.
Episode 6 - Don't Die, Mr. Robot! DX May 4, 2018
This delightful gem from Infinite State Games has you avoiding hazards while collecting exploding fruit to take care of an onslaught of enemies. Aiming for high scores while working through the various modes is super-addictive and you'll have a great time making sure Mr. Robot doesn't bite the dust. I reviewed this game as well so after watching RC give it a go in episode 6 of The Nindie Nook, check out my full Don't Die, Mr. Robot! DX review for my opinion on this arcade-like experience.Watch Don't Die, Mr. Robot! DX - Nindie Nook Episode 6 →
Episode 7 - Suicide Guy May 6, 2018
Don't worry; it's not as grim as it sounds. Suicide Guy tasks you with finding elaborate ways to off yourself so you can wake up from a dream. It's a crazy puzzle-like experience that's full of satisfying "aha!" moments. For more on this off-the-wall adventure, be sure to read Tyler's entertaining Suicide Guy review that he wrote earlier this year after playing through the PlayStation 4 version.Watch Suicide Guy - Nindie Nook Episode 7 →
Episode 8 - Three Fourths Home May 6, 2018
One of these episodes is not like the other. Three Fourths Home is less about having arcade indie fun and more about reading lots of text and making decisions to help keep a family together. It's not my mug of root beer but RC certainly seems intrigued by this tale.Watch Three Fourths Home - Nindie Nook Episode 8 →
Episode 9 - Skies of Fury DX May 10, 2018
Flight-based games don't release as often as I'd like and Skies of Fury DX is one of the best. You fly through rings and shoot down enemy forces within its rewarding World War I inspired campaign while upgrading your pilot to be the best in all of Europe. RC enjoyed it a lot so watch his video then read my detailed review so you can see if it's a game that you'd enjoy as well.Watch Skies of Fury DX - Nindie Nook Episode 9 →
Episode 10 - Jumping Joe & Friends June 3, 2018
Sometimes, simple games are more fun. Jumping Joe & Friends has you tap either left or right to hop up endless structures in order to see how high you can get. Fun fact: this is the first episode recorded in RC's swanky new house. Congrats on the move!Watch Jumping Joe & Friends - Nindie Nook Episode 10 →
